New to the clinic or unsure of what treatments you need? Start here! Our Consultation service offers a 30-minute in person session where we can guide you and address any inquiries regarding our treatments, ensuring you make an informed decision. The deposit amount will then be deducted should you decide to go ahead with a treatment.
Cancellation Policy
By booking you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. I agree I am a minimum age of 18 years. (You may be asked to provide ID on arrival and no refunds will be made if you fail to provide this or this shows you are not a minimum of 18 years). I agree that if your are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this could result in your appointment being cancelled with no refund. If you cancel within 1 day, you will be charged 50% of your payment. Booking Fees (Deposits) are NON Refundable unless stated otherwise.
