🚫 Ibuprofen
Avoid taking ibuprofen before your appointment unless medically necessary. It’s a blood thinner, which can increase bruising and bleeding at the injection sites.

🚫 Alcohol
Skip the wine the night before. Alcohol also thins the blood and can increase swelling and bruising — not ideal before filler.

🚫 Intense workouts on the day
Heavy gym sessions increase blood flow and body temperature, which can make you more prone to swelling and inflammation post-treatment. Schedule your workout for another day.

✅ Stay well hydrated
Hydrated skin responds better to treatment and supports smoother healing.

✅ Eat beforehand
Having a meal before your appointment helps prevent lightheadedness and keeps your blood sugar stable during treatment.
