Service Description
This package must be completed within 3 months of the 1st appointment. One treatment recommended every 4 weeks. Follow up appointments will be booked after each session. Packages are charged at 50% when booking and the remaining balance will be due on the day of the 1st appointment.
Cancellation Policy
By booking you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. I agree I am a minimum age of 18 years. (You may be asked to provide ID on arrival and no refunds will be made if you fail to provide this or this shows you are not a minimum of 18 years). I agree that if your are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this could result in your appointment being cancelled with no refund. If you cancel within 1 day, you will be charged 50% of your payment. Booking Fees (Deposits) are NON Refundable unless stated otherwise.
